Dr. Philip Rödiger has more then 20 years of experience in the field of corporate law, supplementary studies in business law and several years of work as an audit assistant. Philip Rödiger is a very experienced advisor in all matters relating to small and medium-sized companies (SME) as well as their shareholders and bodies. Due to his Danish language skills, a particular focus is on advising Danish and Norwegian companies, which are also offered accounting, payroll accounting and financial statement preparation. Dr. Rödiger has extensive experience as a litigator from several hundred active legal proceedings before the regional courts and higher regional courts. He is engaged as lecturer in M&A for experienced lawyers and author of specialist literature about business taxation.
